Max Mazzone is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Big Cypress Capital, an SB360 affiliate. Big Cypress Capital was formed in 2017.

In 2005, Max founded Gulfshore Capital Partners (Big Cypress Capital’s 50% owner/sponsor and manager of Big Cypress Capital’s predecessor affiliates). Through affiliates, Gulfshore Capital Partners made a 9-figure equity commitment to legacy opportunistic real estate investments and financings primarily with the financial backing of SB Capital Group, a predecessor company of SB360.

Max was previously a Vice President at a Chicago based investment bank, where he was responsible for the firm’s restructuring initiatives. He also worked in the M&A Group at a bulge bracket investment bank in New York where he provided corporate finance and M&A advice to some of the world’s most notable corporations and private equity firms.

Prior to Mr. Mazzone’s investment banking career, he served as a Director in Arthur Andersen, LLP’s corporate finance group and practiced as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Mazzone earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
