Robert Raskin

Executive Managing Director & General Counsel

Robert Raskin serves as Executive Managing Director and General Counsel of SB360 Capital Partners. He was a Principal and Managing Director of one of the predecessor companies, SB Capital Group, LLC. Rob specializes in negotiating and structuring acquisitions and is involved in the development and implementation of all transactions.

Rob was formerly a partner in the Insolvency Group at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, where he developed a specialty in representing purchasers of assets from Chapter 11 debtors. He was counsel to creditors’ committees and debtors-in-possession in various nationally known bankruptcy cases. Rob has also represented debtor-in-possession financiers in numerous cases.

Rob is the co-author of The Creditors’ Committee Manual published by Warren, Gorham & Lamont. He has been a member of the Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Rob is also a past president and chairman of the New York Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.

Rob received his BS Degree Summa Cum Laude from Syracuse University and his J.D. from New York University.
