Cindi Stokes

Assistant Controller

Cindi Stokes is the Assistant Controller at SB360 Capital Partners, where she oversees multi-entity accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and compliance initiatives. She brings extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvement to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all accounting functions.

Before joining SB360, Cindi held key accounting roles at Honda Research & Development Americas and Rogue Fitness, where she enhanced financial reporting accuracy, streamlined accounts payable systems, and strengthened internal control processes.

Cindi is currently pursuing her Master of Accounting and CPA Certification, holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Findlay, and is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Ohio.
