Assistant Vice President, Operations & Merchandising

Jessica Torres is the Assistant Vice President of Operations and Merchandising for SB360 Capital Partners, LLC. She is a retail and operations professional with 14 years of experience across retail management, merchandising, marketing, and operations.

Jessica began her career with SB360 in 2018 as a Supervisor. Since then, she has supported a variety of liquidation ventures, developed visual merchandising presentations for training and client demonstrations, and advanced to Regional Supervisor, overseeing operations and strategic planning across diverse geographic regions. Her experience has strengthened her ability to assess project needs, coordinate resources, and adapt strategies to support successful outcomes.

In her current role, Jessica works closely with senior leadership across Human Resources, Operations, and Merchandising to support project execution, operational objectives, and the continued growth of SB360.

Throughout her career, Jessica has held various leadership roles in retail. In Canada, she supported the marketing of provincial Crown corporations through third-party firms. She also served as a teaching assistant for the course Topics of Communications Management, focusing on internal business reporting.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Certificate in Economics, both completed with distinction. She continues to expand her business and analytical expertise through additional coursework and professional development.
