Julie Elcock

Julie Elcock is the Corporate Controller for Second Avenue Capital Partners (SACP). In this role, her responsibilities include financial reporting and modeling, cash management, and assisting with the firm’s loan administration software.

Prior to joining SACP, Julie spent 7 years at The Related Companies, a global real estate and lifestyle company, in both its New York and Boston offices (Related Beal). She most recently served as a Controller at Related Beal where she oversaw all aspects of financial reporting for its ongoing real estate development projects as well as its operating property portfolio. During her tenure at Related, she worked on a number of high-profile projects including 50 Hudson Yards in New York City, and One Kenmore Square in Boston, home of the famous Citgo sign.  Julie has also worked as a financial analyst at J. Crew Group and began her career in public accounting at KPMG.

Julie is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts and graduated from the Boston College Carroll School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing.
