Jeffrey B. Chudacoff

Executive Vice President, Finance

Jeffrey B. Chudacoff is Executive Vice President of Finance for SB360 Capital Partners. He was a Director for one of the predecessor companies, 360 Merchant Solutions. Jeffrey provides underwriting due diligence of prospective store closings, liquidations, strategic sales, and acquisitions for retail, wholesale, and industrial sectors within the US and Canada. During the sale he leads the financial analytics to achieve the highest net recovery, and is responsible for managing project P&L’s and communicating the same to various stakeholders. Jeffrey has been F&A on Nine West Canada, Fred’s, Heritage Home Group, Charlotte Russe, and Olympia Sports. Jeffrey also works with companies on inventory asset valuation.

Previously, Jeffrey was a Director at Salus Capital Partners. His responsibilities included underwriting, collateral oversight, related portfolio monitoring, and mitigation of risk associated with deals involving turnarounds, restructuring, or bankruptcy. Jeffrey worked to ensure a proactive process, guarding against the deterioration of asset value for more than 50 borrowers representing total commitments in excess of $1B. His transaction experience included: Asset Purchases & Acquisitions (distressed and non-distressed); DIP Financing; §363 Asset Sales; Article 9 Transactions; syndicate lending (agent & participant structures); seasonal lending; workout, turnaround, and growth financing; and, cash flow lending.

Before joining Salus, Jeffrey worked for Gordon Brothers. There his responsibilities were in support of the commercial finance industry through asset valuation and financial analysis of industrial and wholesale entities.

Jeffrey attended Boston University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance.
